KEYNOTE or MASTERCLASS—How to choose?
What is the big difference between the Keynote/Conference and the MasterClass presentations?
The big difference is between knowledge and skill.
Conference audiences enjoy the Keynote Presentation because it gives them knowledge—it’s informative, provocative and entertaining. The audience leaves on a high which helps make the conference or meeting a success.
Participants in the MasterClass take away skill. In addition to getting knowledge, they participate in a series of 3-minute drills. It’s fun, interactive, challenging and they get a measurable increase in skill which they take away to use in their business or career and at home with their family.

• THE NEWSELL MASTERCLASS
120 minutes with Dr Michael Hewitt-Gleeson
What is the number one most productive thing that any business owner or manager can do?
The most productive thing that any manager can do is to ensure that all their team members are skilled thinkers about better ways to increase their business revenues and to grow their margins. Those managers and employees that are not skilled thinkers at doing this are marking time, churning costly overheads and missing many of the opportunities for growth. The Newsell MasterClass members will learn how to use the two Newsell strategy switches: CVS TO BVS and UNCHECK TO CHECK.

• THE WOMBAT SELLING MASTERCLASS (SPECIAL PREVIEW)
120 minutes with Dr Michael Hewitt-Gleeson
Participants in this masterclass will leave with a new insight into the power of replication—online and offline—and how to exploit this power through word-of-mouth marketing. They will have developed at least two ways they can employ WOMBAT selling to accelerate their own business success.
SPECIAL PREVIEW: This is the only workshop currently available on WOMBAT Selling in the world.
WOMBAT stands for Word-Of-Mouth Buy And Tell. The name of a customer is the basic unit of business measurement. One of your most valuable assets is your list of names—your database. The best way of adding names to your list is by Word of Mouth or WOM. This is sometimes called Buzz Marketing. WOM is when your existing customers tell someone on their own database about you and your offer. This kind of replication is very powerful and is the basis of WOMBAT selling or referral selling. A WOMBAT is a customer who becomes a virtual salesperson for your offer. They bought, they are happy, they tell others. This works best when the customer is very satisfied.
LEAD
• THE STRATEGY VS TACTICS MASTERCLASS
120 minutes with Dr Michael Hewitt-Gleeson
QUESTION: What is the difference between strategy and tactics and who cares?
In the military, because the bottom line is so severe, this is a fundamental question that all practitioners must be able to answer with clarity. Yet, very few people in business can give much more than a fuzzy answer to this question. This is a big problem. This helps to explain why the way in which so many businesspeople approach the game of business makes such little sense. They are reactive, not proactive. They make decisions in a vacuum. Many otherwise competent business leaders, when they decide to think and talk about strategy, end up focusing and thrashing around various tactical ideas. They end up missing the forest for the trees.
Participants in this masterclass will graduate with a clear understanding of the difference between strategy and tactics and will have developed at least two ways they can employ these concepts to accelerate their own business success. The class is thought-provoking, entertaining and practical. It has immediate application to the success of their business.
