    If you have a product or service, steeped in integrity…long life, high quality and great back-up service…and it aligns with your marketing “character” and values …..then you are AWARE you are DELIGHTING your clients , and you can ( and possibly should) ask for the REFERRALS …in writing , as well as EXPECT them to be WOMBAT ADVOCATES for you and what you do.
    It is SAFE to be ASSUMPTIVE about the inevitability of customer satisfaction ,when you and your product or service are THAT GOOD.
